Having completed his first transaction in 1995, Doug has participated in 26 transactions, most of which he acted as the lead deal person running the process. He has a comprehensive grasp of how to pull all the pieces together from both buyer and seller perspectives – as a principal not as an agent.
Over the past 13 years he's been the CEO or President of four companies, CFO/COO of one company, and served on three boards. He's had extensive experience dealing with unique market, personnel, operational and financial situations. As well as bringing a strategic perspective, he's accustomed to working through ground-level details as the situation required. The impact on you and your management team during a sale process can be severely disruptive. Doug will help navigate these waters and establish priorities and a regular cadence.
